8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GTM Quant makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• No Guarantee of Outcomes: You acknowledge that the Service uses automated systems and AI-driven processes. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or that strategies will always meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GTM Quant, its affiliates, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue using it.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTM Quant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Modification and Termination

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by GTM Quant, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GTM Quant regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
